Cider batch 1

Measured SG of 1.001 (0.999 + 0.002 temp correction 75F). Tasted very dry, not a ton of apple flavor, but definitely fermented. Racked off into sanitized 3 gal carboy and fitted with ferm lock. About one inch of lees on the bottom of the primary fermentation container. Disturbed the lees with the racking cane a little, but not bad.
